Shipping Policy:
You want your stuff, and we want to get it to you! We offer free economy shipping with 48 hour processing and an option to upgrade to an expedited experience.
Standard Domestic Ground Shipping to the contiguous US is included with each sale. Expedited and International shipping options are available for an additional charge. These charges vary by item but will be quoted before your purchase is completed. Boutique by the Box is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Standard Shipping parcels may be delivered by the carrier of our choosing and should arrive in 5-8 business days. If you have specific delivery needs or instructions, you must contact us immediately after placing your order. We ship very quickly so we may not be able to honor delayed requests. A SIGNATURE MAY BE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY, so please make sure you follow your tracking updates to make sure someone is available to sign for your delivery.
We are unable to ship to any address other than the one provided during checkout.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.
